Program and consent

Program name: Henry Andre's Hermes Assistant.

By texting START to the Hermes telephone number, you consent to receive recurring informational SMS and MMS messages generated by the Hermes application at the mobile number you use to enroll. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

Message content

Messages may include:

• Personal-assistant responses and requested links.
• Reminders, task updates, and calendar notifications.
• Status updates and confirmation results.
• Requested business contact or event-coordination information.

Hermes provides informational assistance and may make mistakes. Confirm important details before relying on a message for financial, legal, medical, travel, or other consequential decisions.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests and configured reminders or automations. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard rates and terms govern charges to your mobile account.

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Hermes may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed. No further messages will be sent unless you subsequently text START to enroll again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Hermes may suspend or end the messaging program at any time.
